Cancellation Terms

Free Cancellation

Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund, no questions asked. We understand that circumstances change, and we want to make it easy for you.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This helps us cover committed resources and lost opportunity costs.

We reserve vehicles and chauffeurs specifically for your trip, so last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled pickup and do not notify us, the full fare will be charged. Our chauffeur will wait at the designated location for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time.

How to Cancel Your Reservation

For airport pickups, if your flight is significantly delayed or cancelled, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.
